How does the weekly newsletter work?
Every week we send an email with upcoming events in the Tri-Cities, including editor-picked highlights and any featured sponsors. You can opt in during signup or toggle it on/off in your account preferences at any time. Each email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
How do I save events and get reminders?
Create a free account at /account/signup. Once logged in, click the bookmark icon on any event card or event page to save it. Head to your account preferences to set up SMS or email reminders — choose to be notified the day of, 1 day before, or 3 days before your saved events.
How do I add an event to my calendar?
On any event detail page, click the "Add to Calendar" button. This downloads an .ics file that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most other calendar apps.
How do I manage my preferences?
Log in and visit /account/preferences. From there you can update your city preference, toggle SMS reminders, toggle the weekly newsletter, and manage your reminder timing.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed instantly. You can also toggle it off in your account preferences at /account/preferences.
Is the account free?
Yes — creating a customer account is completely free. There is no cost to save events, receive reminders, or get the newsletter.
What kinds of events are listed?
We list trivia nights, karaoke, comedy shows, DJ nights, happy hours, food events, tastings, bingo, sports viewing parties, and more. We do not list local live band or concert performances — for those, visit our friends at tricityvibe.com.
